职责描述
Team is looking for a candidate with strong Engineering background and good management and communication skills for a TDL (Test Design Lead) role.Responsibilities
1-Tracking test solution end to end for the project，infrastructure & Process control, logistics, test line optimization and scalability.
2-Resource allocation、test line readiness，highlight critical paths，material/Fixture/EQ Validation plan for each build.
3-Train fixture vendor and CM on station FA steps,Review/approve fixture vendor hardware/software design.
4-Lead/host the dry run, regression, build status meetings .
5-Driving the internal cross functional team cooperation, contact window for EE/EPM/OPsTE.
6-Train CM TDLs on TDL regular reports during the build, communicate with CM station DRIs for daily station readiness track,.
Requirements
1-Experienced in SW, HW, fixture design and project management.
2-Fully understand test ecosystem, assembly process, test instrumentation, diagnostics.
3-Fluent english in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
4-Willing to travel to factories around China on short notice.
